One Heart Faith

Terms of Use

One Heart Faith is offered by Action AI Services LLC. This is a short, plain-English version of our terms — not a long legal document.

What this is

One Heart Faith is a faith-and-family companion for prayer, Scripture, reflection, and encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or emergency care.

Who can use it

One Heart Faith is for adults 18 and older, and for teens ages 13–17 with a parent or legal guardian's permission, through our teen experience, Future Forward Faithful. Teens don't get access to Young at Heart — Evening Stories or other 18+ content, and can't skip the age check that protects it. Adult community and connection features aren't part of the teen experience, even with parent permission. Once a young person turns 18, they can set up their own adult access under our usual rules.

Emmanuel

Emmanuel is an automated digital guide — not a pastor, therapist, doctor, or emergency service. You can ask to speak with a human at any time.

Emergency Help

Emergency Help is always free and never requires an account. It is not a substitute for calling emergency services in your area.

Your account & content

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Anything you privately write or save — prayers, reflections, journal entries — belongs to you.

Membership & payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account.

Acceptable use

Be respectful of others. Don't use One Heart Faith for anything illegal, to impersonate someone else, or to harm or harass another person.

Ending your account

You can stop using One Heart Faith at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep One Heart Faith running smoothly and reliably, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for damages beyond what the law requires.
