One Heart Faith is offered by Action AI Services LLC. This is a short, plain-English explanation of how we handle your information — not a long legal document.
What we collect
Your account email; anything you write or record inside One Heart Faith — like private prayers, reflections, and journal entries — which stays private by default; payment details, handled directly by Stripe (we never see or store your card number); and, if you talk with Emmanuel, a text transcript of the conversation. Voice audio itself is not retained.
How we use it
To run One Heart Faith, process your payments, and respond when you contact us. We never sell your information.
Children & teens
One Heart Faith is for adults 18 and older, and for teens ages 13–17 with a parent or legal guardian's permission, through our teen experience, Future Forward Faithful. Teens don't see 18+ content or adult community features. We don't yet have a formal way to record that permission — once we build one, it will be tied to the teen's account or household.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers that help us run One Heart Faith: Supabase (hosting and our database), Stripe (payments), and ElevenLabs (Emmanuel's voice). Each only receives what it needs to do its part — we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
Your prayers, reflections, and journal entries stay private unless you deliberately choose to share them. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us below.
Security
We use access controls that keep your private information separated by account, so it isn't visible to other members.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and change the date below.
